At Gadgets Gallery, we aim to deliver your favorite gadgets quickly, safely, and reliably. Below are the details of our shipping process, timelines, and related policies.

🚚 Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India to most major cities and towns via trusted courier partners.

⏱ Order Processing Time

• All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next working day.

📦 Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days

• Tier 2 & 3 cities/towns: 4–7 business days

• Remote locations: Up to 10 business days (depending on courier service availability)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, festivals, courier delays, or local restrictions.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

• A nominal shipping fee may apply on smaller orders and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

🧾 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

• You can also track your order status through your account dashboard on our website.

📦 Package Inspection & Unboxing Video

• Please do not accept any package that appears tampered with or damaged.

• We request all customers to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery as proof in case of damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

• This video is mandatory for filing return/exchange requests.

❌ Undelivered Orders

• If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, we will contact you for reshipment.

• Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

✈️ International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India. Stay tuned — we’re working on it!
