At Gadgets Gallery, we strive to deliver only the best. However, if something goes wrong with your order, we’ve got you covered — with clear policies and simple steps to request a return or exchange.
📦 Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
🎥 Important: Unboxing Video Required
To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage, defect, or wrong product received, the buyer must record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.
The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the shipping label.
The product should be shown in the same condition it was received — without cuts, edits, or pauses in the video.
Claims without an unboxing video may be rejected, as this is the only proof we accept for physical damages or wrong product issues.
✅ Eligible Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges if:
The product is damaged, defective, or not working as expected (video proof required).
You received the wrong item (video proof required).
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products that are used or returned without original accessories/packaging.
Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
Return requests made after 7 days of delivery.
Claims without unboxing video proof in case of damage or wrong item.
🔁 Exchange Policy
Eligible items can be exchanged for the same product if available. If not, we may offer a full refund or an alternative product.
💸 Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🚚 Return Pickup
Return pickup is available in most pin codes.
If not available, you may self-ship the item to us. We will reimburse shipping charges (proof required).

Mention your Order ID and reason for return.
Share the unboxing video via email or link.
Our support team will respond with the next steps.
⚠️ Additional Notes
Please do not accept packages that appear tampered with.
Keep the original invoice for any return or exchange.
Gadgets Gallery reserves the right to approve or deny return/exchange requests at its sole discretion.
