Awaiting Order Arrival
This status means your order has been successfully placed and confirmed, but it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours after confirmation. During peak periods or sales, it may take slightly longer.
There could be a few reasons:
- Product is being prepared or packed
- High order volume
- Waiting for stock arrival (in rare cases)
- Payment verification pending
Yes, you can cancel your order while it is still in “Awaiting Order Arrival” status. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Yes, changes can be made before dispatch. Reach out to our support team quickly to update your details.

After sales
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. Our team will assist you with a replacement or solution.
Yes, most products come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty duration and terms may vary depending on the brand and product.
You can claim warranty directly through the brand’s authorized service center. If you need help, our support team can guide you through the process.
We do not provide direct repair services. All servicing and repairs are handled by authorized brand service centers.
Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Used products without issues are not eligible for return.
Refund
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and verified. It usually takes 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or UPI
First, check your bank or payment provider. If it’s been more than 7 business days, please contact our support team with your order details.
No, we do not charge any refund processing fees. However, shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Yes, if your order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.
